John H. Zoeller is a Managing Director and Sentinel’s Chief Compliance Officer. Prior to rejoining Sentinel in 2002, Mr. Zoeller was Vice President and Controller of Starwood Ceruzzi LLC, an investment venture affiliate of Starwood Capital Corp. From 1994 through 2000, Mr. Zoeller was a Vice President and Controller at Sentinel responsible for commercial and residential accounts. Prior to joining Sentinel in 1994, Mr. Zoeller was Controller of Property Management for Koeppel Tener Riguardi, Inc. from 1991 through 1994 and Controller in the real estate division of Integrated Resources Inc. from 1986 through 1991. In addition, Mr. Zoeller was an Accounting Manager in Public Accounting from 1981 through 1986. Mr. Zoeller received a BA in Accounting from St. John’s University and is a Certified Public Accountant. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
